Terms of Service

Drawing America is a private community based on creativity and respect. Our goal is to foster a supportive, honest, and caring environment where members can take classes and share feedback with one another. To ensure these goals are met for the benefit of our community, the following Terms of Service apply.

Community Guidelines

• Hate speech of any kind will result in the immediate removal of the offending member.
• Profanity is not tolerated and will result in a warning. Repeated violations may lead to removal from the community.
• We do not claim any copyright or ownership of the artwork created by our members or students.
• Copyrighted materials belonging to other artists must include proper citation and a link to the original work. Links should direct users to the original artwork on the artist’s website or Instagram account.
• Drawing America does not guarantee the safety of messaging, conducting business, or meeting other members through the site. Any interaction with other members is at your own risk.
• Promoting competing schools, services, or events may result in the removal of posts.

Payments & Refunds

• Refunds are generally not provided for online content once it has been purchased.
• Refunds for live classes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We strive to accommodate our members whenever possible.
• Credit card processing fees incurred by Drawing America are non-refundable.
• PayPal currently supports full refunds. However, purchases made using a credit card may not include refunded processing fees. This policy is subject to change at any time.

Accounts

• Sharing accounts, usernames, or passwords is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of access without a refund.

Intellectual Property

• All written, graphic, and other materials presented by Drawing America are protected by copyright.
• These materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, or sold without prior written permission.
• Violations of our copyright policy may result in legal action and the immediate termination of access to the site without a refund.

Changes to These Terms

Drawing America reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
