Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors, including Kajabi Payments, PayPal, Klarna, and Afterpay. Your card and bank details are entered directly with these processors. We never see or store your full credit card number. We receive only basic transaction details, such as what you purchased, the amount, and the date. Each processor handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.

Community content

If you join our online community or a class group, the posts, comments, images of your artwork, and homework you share can be seen by other members of that community or group, and by the instructor.

We collect some information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time spent on pages, device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

Our Commitment on AI and Your Artwork

AI is never used on students' artwork. The drawings and paintings you share with us, with your instructors, or in our community are never analyzed, altered, or used to train AI.

Class Recordings

Live online classes may be recorded. Recordings may be made available to enrolled students and may be edited and offered as courses. If you would rather not appear in a recording, you can turn off your camera and microphone, or contact us before class.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

With Service Providers who help us run the business, including our course and website platform (Kajabi), payment processors (Kajabi Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay), email service providers, video conferencing (Zoom), and analytics and advertising (Google and Meta). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
With instructors: the instructor of a class or course you join can see your name, email address, and the work you submit for that class.
With class booking partners: if you book a Drawing New York class through a third-party booking site, that site shares your registration details with us.
With other members: content you post in the community can be seen by other members.
For business transfers: if the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.
When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or the public.
