About Course
Spend Sunday afternoon learning from our instructor Gaby Nighan in a encouraging and welcoming environment.
Instructed Figure Drawing Class β All levels are welcome.
In this class, we will focus on figure drawing and various drawing techniques. Each week our teacher begins with a short discussion/demo of different approaches to drawing. Attendees then draw for the remainder of the session with feedback from the teacher. There is a live model for each session.
Please bring a pad up to 18Γ24, a 2H, HB, 4B pencil, and an eraser, or purchase a Drawings Class Materials pack below.
PLEASE NOTE: we can not accommodate dry pastels (for health reasons), open ink containers, or paint other than watercolor.

About Gaby Nighan
Gaby Nighan (b. 1995) is a Colombian-American realist artist known for her figurative works, portraits and landscapes. She received classical training at Grand Central Atelier in Queens, New York. Through color and light, she investigates identity and the relationship between the individualβs internal and external worlds.

Important Information
The doors to our events open 15 minutes before each session. If you arrive before then, there is no room to wait inside the building, so please plan accordingly. The doorman will direct you to the classroom.
This event occurs on the third floor of a building without an elevator. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the monitor.
There is no photography when the model is posing.
We kindly ask that ticket rescheduling be requested at least 48 hours before class. Space is limited, and we hold spots for all ticket holders.
